We offer a variety of options to allow you to work flexibly, whether you chose part time working, home working, shift working or some other option to suit you. We will try and help as much as possible.

We also offer support to our employees who wish to study – this can be evening classes, day release basis at local colleges or universities, or to attend company organized training events. Whatever method of study you utilise our support can be on both a financial basis as well as allowing you to take study leave away from work to help you achieve your final goal.

In addition to this, we operate a flexible working system which may allow employees to accrue extra time and take an additional 10 days flexible leave per year (one extra day per month) with an option of a further 3 days leave over the Christmas period (or another suitable time).
